About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Albéa Lodz Components. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing, preparing, analyzing, and presenting budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop customer profitability analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Drive the costing activities, including preparing price quotations and cost analysis
  • Document and train people on all key processes supporting the main internal control cycle (Stock, Receivables/Payables/Cash)
  • Ensure rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter
  • Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding company assets

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably as a Finance Controller
  • Experience with manual and automated accounting systems, as well as advanced finance tools in the global finance market
  • Graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Good written and oral English skills
