Our Client, a global ServiceNow Partner, seeks a seasoned CMDB Consultant to support clients in defining effective CMDB management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, ITSM, ITOM, or risk management, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes and IT data management models.

Key responsibilities include advising on the integration of CMDB with other ServiceNow modules and IT systems, analyzing data quality, and recommending improvement processes.

The CMDB Consultant will collaborate with technical teams to optimize ITSM and ITOM processes, create and maintain documentation of CMDB management processes, and train end-users in using CMDB.

Bonus points for ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Management, CIS-Service Mapping) and experience working with configuration and IT asset management tools.

We offer a remote work arrangement, a B2B contract via Michael Page, and a competitive rate of PLN 150-175/h net + VAT.
