Your Role

You will work as a system support specialist for Altair EcoSystem, a bespoke SAP platform, along with other ERPs, to prestigious brands and their shared service centers. The main focus will be problem-solving, service coordination, client engagement, and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the PPM Lead in deploying PPM tools across our user base and country model.
  • Analyse and resolve PPM tool and financial or system queries via queues in our ticketing system.
  • Support agencies during user acceptance testing and training.
  • Liaise with offshore teams regarding tickets that cannot be resolved locally.
  • Coordinate with various teams through regular issue resolution meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have a PPM operational background, preferably with Clarizen Product for PSA. SAP experience is also essential, along with a finance background and experience providing systems support to a large number of users or agencies.
