Opis stanowiska

Poszukujemy doświadczonego kierownika do zespołu Utrzymania Data Center w Atman Sp. Z O.o.

  • Odpowiedzialność za zarządzanie zespołem Data Center, zapewnienie ciągłości działania budynków biurowych i gospodarczych Atman.
  • Współpraca z działami wewnątrz firmy w celu optymalizacji i koordynacji procesów i projektów biznesowych.
  • Nadzór nad pracami zewnętrznych firm wykonawczych w zakresie utrzymania obiektów Data Center.
  • Udział w projektach wewnętrznych, takich jak wdrażanie nowych usług kolokacyjnych, nowych technologii, obiektów DC oraz innych projektach realizowanych przez Dział Infrastruktury Centrum Danych.
  • Wspieranie zespołu w rozwiązywaniu problemów oraz informowanie pracowników o działaniach realizowanych w firmie.

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku managerskim minimum 5 lat (w tym co najmniej 3 lata w kierowaniu zespołem specjalistów techników/inżynierów).
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunkowe w zakresie zasilania/systemów klimatyzacji).
  • Język angielski – na poziomie umożliwiającym prowadzenie spotkań biznesowych B2/C1.
  • Biegła znajomość zagadnień związanych z utrzymaniem obiektów typu Centrum Danych.
  • Wysokie umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacji.
  • Umiejętności organizacyjne i zarządzania zespołem.
