Wargaming is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to spearhead the development of our unified AI Platform. This platform will serve as the foundation for numerous AI-enabled applications and services, ranging from traditional ML models to modern large-scale LLM- and GenAI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and provide lifecycle support for the AI Platform.
  • Integrate on-Platform applications and services into our flagship products, World of Tanks and World of Warships, as well as various internal systems.
  • Explore and evaluate relevant tools and technologies, promoting their adoption among peers.
  • Consult on efforts required to set up and integrate proposed technologies, associated infrastructure costs, and timelines.
  • Educate and advise fellow team members on modern techniques and approaches, occasionally participating in the development of infrastructure-related internal libraries and utilities.

Requirements:

  • First-hand experience as an Architect in projects of a platform scale.
  • Solid understanding of operational and development aspects of AI-enabled services.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on AWS and hybrid scenarios.
  • Experience in production deployment and scaling of ML models.
  • Familiarity with the Python stack and its ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Terraform, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Experience with Kubernetes and automation (e.g., ArgoCD).
  • Experience in DevOps, MLOps, or LLMOps.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Experience working at a product-centric company.
  • Exposure to Big Data systems such as Snowflake, Hadoop.

Work Environment:

  • Flexible within Europe.
  • The candidate can work onsite, hybrid, or fully remote, but must be based in Europe to align with the team's time zone.
