About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative with Romanian language skills to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities
  • Consult with existing customers to identify sales potential and provide tailored solutions
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team to increase customer base
  • Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solutions for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies
  • Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Optimize client accounts using analytical skills while increasing program revenue
  • Meet daily productivity requirements (KPIs) while contributing to team sales targets
Requirements
  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Romanian and English
  • Sales aptitude and goal orientation
  • Computer savvy and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Reside in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland or relocate to our facility in Krakow
