Inside Sales Representative

Location: Warsaw, Poland

The Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven individuals to join our Inside Sales Team at Fortinet. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional sales performance. You will work closely with our External Account Managers to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market research and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Fluency in Polish and English languages.
