About the Role

As a Clinical Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and goals. You'll develop relationships with hospital personnel, plan and develop markets for our products, and promote company products through education and sales strategy. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to identify clinical needs and goals
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel
  • Plan and develop markets for our products
  • Promote company products through education and sales strategy
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints
  • Attend cases in labs for case support and development efforts
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of medical equipment sales/clinical experience
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace
  • Strong team player, collaborative, and able to build relationships
