Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team, focusing primarily on our HR portal while having numerous opportunities to collaborate on other digital products interacting with the portal.

We require an individual who excels in both UI and UX design, combining creativity and user-centered thinking to deliver exceptional user experiences. You should be ambitious, detail-oriented, and skilled in clearly communicating design decisions grounded in research, testing, and functional thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research Analysis: You analyze user data and research findings to gain a deep understanding of user behaviors, needs, and pain points, helping you shape design solutions that meet user requirements and preferences.
  • Prototyping and Interaction Design: You design user interactions with digital products and services, determining how users will navigate through the interface, interact with elements, and accomplish their goals.
  • Usability Testing and Iteration: You conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of your design solutions, observing user interactions, collecting feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: You work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and other UX designers, ensuring effective communication and alignment of design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Portfolio of design projects.
  • Experience in creating high fidelity wireframes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Figma and experience in working with existing design systems & components.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories.
