We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our DataOS team at ALLSTARSIT. As a key member of our engineering community, you will have the opportunity to take on leadership opportunities and collaborate with top-tier Software Engineers.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data platforms and features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Data Engineers/Analysts, and Software Engineers, to deliver innovative data solutions.

Your expertise in big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka will enable us to process and organize massive volumes of data efficiently. You will also participate in learning sessions, workshops, hackathons, meetups, pair programming, and contribute to open-source projects.

  • Develop and maintain robust data platform solutions and features from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve platform performance and reliability continuously.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous unit and integration testing.
  • Participate in system monitoring, on-call rotations, and troubleshooting to maintain platform stability.
