We are seeking a highly skilled Global Tax Services Consultant to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in tax technical aspects of software implementation, project management, and client relationship building.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with clients in Tax, HR, and Global Mobility to understand and advise on tax technical aspects of software implementation.
- Contribute to product design and process workflow within tools, bringing a tax technical perspective to tool development.
- Manage client processes where KPMG assists as technical experts.
- Gather and produce tax/technical requirements to a high degree of specification.
- Assist in providing demonstrations and marketing of tools to existing and prospective clients on all applications.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, client invoicing, and payment chasing.
- Manage scope and identify requests that are out of scope.
- Assist with client queries related to our tools.
- Participate in business development/proposals.
- Assist in analysis, testing, and review of tax updates in our tools.
Requirements
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing high levels of client service.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, people, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manipulate large volumes of data.
- Dynamism and flexibility in adapting to change.
- Comfortable working as part of a global team.
- Perseverance when faced with challenging situations but can remain focused and motivated when dealing with routine tasks.
- Confidence to question and challenge client needs.
- Proactivity in following up and managing expectations effectively, prioritizing tasks where needed.
