About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in Czech and English to work as part of our Finance and Accounting team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are performed according to SLA/KPI, handling cash collection activities, maintaining payment methods, posting manual invoices, reporting, and following up on open items.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Perform cash collection activities, maintain payment methods, post manual invoices, report, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Handle email and phone inquiries in a professional manner.
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Fluent Czech language skills (C1/C2 level) and minimum B2 English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or other Finance and Accounting domains.
