We are a leading game development studio specializing in AAA games, and we're looking for an exceptional VR UI/UX Designer to join our team.

The Opportunity

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing immersive VR experiences that engage players across the globe. Your primary focus will be on creating comfortable and engaging VR mechanics and interactions for our AAA games.

  • Create concepts, prototypes, and final UI/UX mechanics and VR interactions for VR games
  • Gather user requirements and player feedback to design comfortable and engaging VR controls and interactions
  • Own the UI/UX/VR controls and VR interactions design process, from rapid prototyping to concept diagrams and user scenarios
  • Design and implement optimal VR experiences
  • Create basic video content for visualization purposes
  • Share knowledge with less experienced peers and occasionally support Lead in recruitment projects
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in designing VR controls, interactions, and experiences either professionally or through completed mods
  • 1 shipped AAA VR project from start to finish with credits
  • Demonstrable understanding of User Experience hurdles for VR vs flat platforms like PC or console
  • Deep knowledge of design relating to VR comfort and ergonomics
  • Strong knowledge of user research methodology
  • Excellent Unity prototyping skills
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Ability to work with several development teams, especially gameplay design and programming
  • Fluent Polish language skills
  • An open-minded team player attitude and strong work ethic
