Job Title: VR UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled VR UI/UX Designer to join our team at People Can Fly - Incuvo. As a VR UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating immersive and engaging VR experiences that exceed our players' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly VR interfaces and interactions that enhance the gaming experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including gameplay design and programming, to ensure seamless integration of VR features.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve VR experience.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality VR prototypes and concept art to visualize and communicate design ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest VR trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our VR experiences remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in designing VR controls, interactions, and experiences.
  • Shipped AAA VR project from start to finish with credits.
  • Demonstrable understanding of User Experience hurdles for VR vs flat platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of design relating to VR comfort and ergonomics.
  • Strong knowledge of user research methodology and Unity prototyping skills.
  • Basic video editing skills and ability to work with multiple development teams.
  • Fluent Polish language and open-minded team player attitude.
