Global Analytics Team - Senior UX Designer

We are a team of experts in IT and analytics, dedicated to providing innovative solutions through our flagship service. Our mission is to empower our partners to become data-driven entities by forming tech teams from scratch and growing existing units.

We are currently seeking a Senior UX Designer to support our partner in developing a Global Analytics unit. This team will be responsible for strengthening data-driven decision-making and developing smart data products for day-to-day operations.

Our team is driven by an innovative spirit, fostering a data-first approach in every aspect of the business. We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our diverse collective of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Intelligence Specialists, and Analytics Translators.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and the ability to balance creativity with usability. They will be responsible for researching and defining user needs, designing user flows, and creating design deliverables to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and defining user needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research methods
  • Designing user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to create seamless, intuitive experiences
  • Creating design deliverables to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to cross-functional teams
  • Continuously evaluating and assessing the existing user experience by analyzing user feedback and data insights
  • Collaborating with other product team members and stakeholders to ensure user-centered design practices are followed
  • Conducting usability testing and validating solutions to ensure designs meet both user needs and business requirements
  • Identifying and addressing usability issues to improve the overall product experience
  • Maintaining and updating design components in prototyping tools
  • Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in web applications design
  • Strong practical knowledge of Figma, with experience in using it for collaborative design and prototyping
  • Deep understanding of design systems and experience applying them in a consistent, scalable way
  • Working knowledge of UX design principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design
  • Experience designing the whole user journey, ensuring a seamless experience across different touchpoints
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and the ability to apply UX design best practices across different devices and screen sizes
  • Experience working in Agile production environments, with at least 3 years of hands-on work
  • Passion for innovative, user-centered design and the ability to balance creativity with usability
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive, effective design solutions
  • Willingness to mentor and support team members by sharing knowledge, skills, and expertise
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Commitment to learning and quality, with a strong desire for continuous personal and professional development
