Global Analytics Team - Senior UX Designer

We are a team of experts in IT and analytics, dedicated to providing innovative solutions through our flagship service. Our mission is to empower our partners to become data-driven entities by forming tech teams from scratch and growing existing units.

We are currently seeking a Senior UX Designer to support our partner in developing a Global Analytics unit. This team will be responsible for strengthening data-driven decision-making and developing smart data products for day-to-day operations.

Our team is driven by an innovative spirit, fostering a data-first approach in every aspect of the business. From sales and logistics to marketing and purchasing, our smart data products have been instrumental in our rapid growth and operational excellence.

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Global Analytics team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing user experiences that address both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions
  • Design user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to create seamless experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design practices
  • Evaluate and assess existing user experiences to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct usability testing and validate solutions to ensure designs meet user needs and business requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in web applications design
  • Strong practical knowledge of Figma and experience in using it for collaborative design and prototyping
  • Deep understanding of design systems and experience applying them in a consistent, scalable way
  • Working knowledge of UX design principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design
