Global Analytics Team - Senior UX Designer

We are a team of experts in IT and analytics, dedicated to providing innovative solutions through our flagship service. Our mission is to empower our partners to become data-driven entities by forming tech teams from scratch and growing existing units.

We are currently seeking a Senior UX Designer to support our partner in developing a Global Analytics unit. This team will be responsible for strengthening data-driven decision-making and developing smart data products for day-to-day operations.

Our team is driven by an innovative spirit, fostering a data-first approach in every aspect of the business. We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our diverse collective of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Intelligence Specialists, and Analytics Translators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to define user needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Design user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to create seamless experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design practices
  • Evaluate and assess existing user experiences to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in UX design, ideally in web applications
  • Strong practical knowledge of Figma and design systems
  • Deep understanding of UX design principles and responsive design
  • Experience working in Agile production environments
  • Passion for innovative, user-centered design
