Job Title: VR UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled VR UI/UX Designer to join our team at People Can Fly - Incuvo. As a VR UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and comfortable VR experiences for our games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop intuitive VR user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our players.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including gameplay design and programming, to ensure seamless integration of VR experiences.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve VR experiences.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality VR prototypes and final products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest VR trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in designing VR experiences, either professionally or through completed mods.
  • 1 shipped AAA VR project from start to finish with credits.
  • Demonstrable understanding of user experience hurdles for VR vs flat platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of design relating to VR comfort and ergonomics.
  • Strong knowledge of user research methodology and Unity prototyping skills.
  • Basic video editing skills and ability to work with multiple development teams.
  • Fluent Polish language and open-minded team player attitude.
