Senior UI Designer

We're seeking a talented Senior UI Designer to collaborate with our top-notch Designers and world-class UX Team. As a key member of our team, you'll work with international startups, scale-ups & enterprise-level companies to deliver outstanding software experiences for native iOS and Android apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct design workshops with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for new and existing products and features, especially for mobile apps.
  • Support projects from initial design to final production, ensuring seamless collaboration with developers.
  • Implement and develop our new branding, pushing the boundaries of design and innovation.
  • Experiment with new ideas and trends, spearheading better practices and ensuring standards are set and followed.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities within and outside of intent, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Closely collaborate with developers to ensure design solutions meet technical requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of commercial experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio of visually rich work.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, with experience in creating Design Systems using components and auto-layouts.
  • Hands-on practice with designing interfaces for IoT and connected devices.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level is a must).
  • Strong understanding of design trends and ability to incorporate them into company practices.
  • Familiarity with Apple's HIG and Android platform guidelines.
  • Experience in animation (vs. static) designs and ability to present designs to clients effectively.
