Senior UI Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team at intent. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our innovative IoT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our top-notch Designers and world-class UX Team to deliver outstanding software experiences for native iOS and Android apps.
  • Conduct design workshops with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for new and existing products and features, especially for mobile apps.
  • Support projects from initial design to final production, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Implement and develop our new branding, pushing the boundaries of design and innovation.
  • Experiment with new ideas and trends, spearheading better practices and ensuring standards are set and followed.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities within and outside of intent, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Closely collaborate with developers to ensure design and development are aligned.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of commercial experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio of visually rich work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in creating Design Systems using components and auto-layouts.
  • Hands-on practice with designing interfaces for IoT and connected devices.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 level is a must).
  • A knack for design, staying up-to-date with design trends and incorporating them into company practices.
  • Familiarity with Apple's HIG and Android platform guidelines.
  • Experience in animation (vs. static) designs.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain design decisions to clients.
