DCV Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Capital to lead a critical project for one of our biggest clients in the banking domain. If you're passionate about technology, have a strong background in banking products, and enjoy working on cutting-edge applications, this role would be an excellent fit.

Location: Remote, with flexible working arrangements available.

Rate: Up to 1.100-1.200 PLN/day, depending on experience.

Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Domain: Banking, with a focus on capital management and liquidity metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop solutions aligned with Basel III norms and liquidity metrics.
  • Provide expertise in Capital and Liquidity Management, including hands-on knowledge of Bank Balance Sheets and Products (Assets & Liabilities).
  • Deliver detailed documentation and reporting for financial applications, using tools such as Tableau for data visualization.
  • Support the development of solutions that enhance data visualization and reporting, leveraging industry best practices.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong BA background and excellent documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Bank Balance Sheets and Products (Assets & Liabilities), with a deep understanding of Basel III norms and liquidity metrics like LCR, SOC, NSFR.
  • Proficiency in Capital Management and RWA metrics, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  • Hands-on experience with the Tableau reporting platform, with a focus on data visualization and reporting.
