Job Description

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems that meet the needs of our customers.

You will work closely with our development teams to ensure that our software solutions are reliable, efficient, and meet the required service levels.

Your primary focus will be on running the production environment, monitoring availability, and taking a holistic view of system health.

Additionally, you will build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications, improving the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions.

You will also be responsible for measuring and optimizing system performance, gathering and analyzing metrics from operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault-finding.

A strong understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS) and experience working with Kubernetes (administration, optimization, CRDs) are essential for this role.

Prior experience in similar positions, such as Senior Software Developer or Performance Lab Engineer, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run the production environment, monitoring availability, and taking a holistic view of system health
  • Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
  • Improve the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
  • Measure and optimize system performance
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions, such as Senior Software Developer or Performance Lab Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies (AWS)
  • Experience working with Kubernetes (administration, optimization, CRDs)
  • Proficiency in CI/CD and provisioning tools (GitHub actions, Terraform)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
