Your Mission

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow - EMEA, where you will be responsible for managing solar energy projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

  • Manage the inverter, MV station, and battery storage supply contract, ensuring compliance with obligations and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product management, sales, and service, to deliver successful projects.
  • Develop and maintain project technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Accompany customers during FAT or SAT, providing expert guidance and support.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in technical design, sales, development, or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry.

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • ~5 years of experience in technical design, sales, development, or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working in a multitask and multi-project environment.
