KAMAR Knapkiewicz S.K.A. is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  2. Recruit, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  4. Negotiate and close agreements with large clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Prepare and present sales forecasts to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in sales leadership.
  2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing sales teams.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
