About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Support specialist to handle administrative tasks, analyze market data, resolve merchant queries, prepare documents, and assist with RFPs and RFIs.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Gathering documents for KYC/AML processes.
- RFPs and RFIs support, collecting necessary documents and consents.
- Supporting contract negotiation with merchants.
- Initial trainings for new merchants on PSP usage.
- Building an educational database for Sales teams.
- Market and competitors analysis, focusing on trends, new products, features, and strategies.
- Facilitating Risk-DS merchants verification processes.
- Trainings for new sales members.
- Collecting data and materials for QBRs and meetings with merchants.
About You
We are looking for individuals with 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work well across internal teams.
- Key Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the SMB landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with e-payments, fintech, or ecommerce sectors.
- Negotiation Skills: Confidence in negotiating terms that benefit both parties.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the SMB landscape.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with Romanian language required.
- Crm Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software – Salesforce (not obligatory).
