About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Support specialist to handle administrative tasks, analyze market data, resolve merchant queries, prepare documents, and assist with RFPs and RFIs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Gathering documents for KYC/AML processes.
  • RFPs and RFIs support, collecting necessary documents and consents.
  • Supporting contract negotiation with merchants.
  • Initial trainings for new merchants on PSP usage.
  • Building an educational database for Sales teams.
  • Market and competitors analysis, focusing on trends, new products, features, and strategies.
  • Facilitating Risk-DS merchants verification processes.
  • Trainings for new sales members.
  • Collecting data and materials for QBRs and meetings with merchants.

About You

We are looking for individuals with 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work well across internal teams.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the SMB landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with e-payments, fintech, or ecommerce sectors.
  • Negotiation Skills: Confidence in negotiating terms that benefit both parties.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the SMB landscape.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with Romanian language required.
  • Crm Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software – Salesforce (not obligatory).
