Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our scrum team as part of the One View Transformation Tribe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end customer journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business process analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Designing end-to-end customer journeys for new and existing features and products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cooperating closely with the Product Owner, business representatives, and programmers within the team/squad to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Translating conceptual customer requirements into functional designs and/or processes to meet business objectives.
  • Driving business processes analysis by collecting requirements and aligning the solution with the squad and core stakeholders to optimize efficiency.
  • Creating and managing analytical documentation using existing tools and processes (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Ensuring the quality of products by supporting acceptance tests and implementation of the solution to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Working experience as a Business-Systems Analyst or in a similar position (3+ years) to demonstrate expertise.
  • Initiative, ability to work on your own, and make decisions to drive projects forward.
  • Experience in defining & documenting functional and non-functional requirements to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Practical knowledge and ability to make designs using BPMN to visualize business processes.
  • Knowledge and ability to visualize analysis into readable diagrams using UML notation (Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Cases) to communicate complex ideas.
  • Basic knowledge of API (SOAP, REST) to understand data integration and exchange.
