Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Change Transformation Leader to join our Corporate Finance PMO team. This role requires a strong track record of delivering transformation projects and behavioral change initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Define strategies to support adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives
  • Lead global teams related to change projects to implement changes at an organizational level
  • Develop and execute change communication plans to engage stakeholders
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on change management best practices
  • Consult with senior leaders to align change initiatives with business objectives
  • Manage stakeholders and track progress towards change goals
  • Measure and report success metrics for change initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Change Management Certification (Prosci Certified Change Practitioner)
  • 8+ years' experience in leading global, cross-functional projects in change and transformation
  • Strong understanding of human behavior and change processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making
