About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Expert Lead to drive healthcare professionals' endorsement of Haleon brands in the CEE region. This role combines strategic planning, content creation, and expert activity implementation to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local strategy based on CEE Transformation Strategy to drive advocacy for Haleon priority brands.
  • Understand the expert environment in the market, gather knowledge, and define HCP target audience segmentation.
  • Define specific KPIs and impact on advocacy-business impact.
  • Develop connection channels with defined HCP targets, close co-operation with Marketing and Expert Field Force.
  • Influence key local stakeholders, including Local Leadership Team, to enable proper resources allocation.
  • Lead and inspire expert team in LOC, driving engagement and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with local Marketing Head and Sales Head to deliver best-in-class, fully aligned behind strategy and priorities local activation.
Requirements
  • Fluent English.
  • Business management (MBA preferred).
  • At least 12 years' experience in FMCG/OTC marketing and sales, with strong marketing experience and field force management.
  • Experience in targeting HPCs and/or B2B experience is a must.
  • Proven track record in leadership of direct team.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation of a business.
  • Strong experience in management of field force effectiveness with proven track record of improvement.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in an organization.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
