About the Role

ZF is a global technology company supplying systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology, enabling the next generation of mobility. We are looking for a highly skilled IT Launch Manager to join our team in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex global production and quality launch/rollout projects, focusing on IT standards, business satisfaction and operational excellence;
  • Ensure launch of IT Production projects' success in scope, quality, time and cost by controlling project budget;
  • Define, organize and conduct training, communication as well as user experience;
  • Lead the respective launch projects with necessary departments, ensuring handover from build phase to service management, and controlling infrastructure requirements for implementation;
  • Drive programs and roadmaps to support business change, representing these within corporate, divisional and regional domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering;
  • Minimum of 5 years of MES experience in automotive manufacturing and/or quality systems;
  • Previous IT/Project Management experience within an international environment is highly desirable;
  • Working knowledge of information systems;
  • Critical thinking, excellent communication and research skills;
  • Fluent English language skills.
