Payroll Administrator

At Tate & Lyle, we are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Łódź. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll input by instructing the external payroll partner. You will also be responsible for enrolling employees in benefits plans and terminating enrolments, reviewing and approving the outputs and coordination of the post payroll activities, coordinating any relevant 3rd party payments, liaising with the finance team to ensure accurate posting of all payroll related costs, ensuring data integrity between Workday and the payroll platform, and being the single point of contact for payroll inquiries for the assigned countries.

To be successful in this role, you will need a University Degree (Bachelor or Master), fluency in English (both verbal and in writing), ability to meet deadlines and give attention to detail, analytical skills (good Excel knowledge), excellent customer service skills, experience of working with a 3rd party payroll provider – will be an asset, experience of working with HR systems (especially Workday, SAP) - will be an asset, experience on a similar position - will be an asset, and experience with Netherlands payroll – will be an asset.
