Job Overview

Hays Poland is a leading employment agency connecting top talent with the most innovative projects in the market. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement IT Consultant to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement large-scale procurement solutions and tools, ensuring seamless integration between technologies.
  • Develop and execute automated testing scripts and manage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of procurement IT systems.
  • Coordinate and manage the orchestration of various IT processes to ensure smooth operations within the procurement tech stream.
  • Manage global data refresh processes to maintain data consistency and accuracy across all procurement systems.
  • Configure and maintain firewall settings, manage digital certificates, and ensure secure middleware connectivity for procurement applications.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT with a similar scope of responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
  • Experience in delivering complex procurement solutions and tools.
  • Expert knowledge of a procurement platform (Ariba, Zycus, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.).
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT systems integration and management, specifically within the procurement domain.
  • Strong knowledge of middleware, integration, and orchestration technologies.
  • Proficiency in automated testing and RPA tools.
  • Familiarity with digital certificates and secure communication protocols.
