Job DescriptionAs a Senior Client Accountant within Fund Services, you will be responsible for providing support to the manager/director on an ongoing basis to ensure the efficiency of the company and safeguard customer relations.
You will oversee client portfolios, prepare and review financial statements, and undertake bookkeeping for a portfolio of investment fund structures. Additionally, you will assist with monitoring and controlling incoming communication, ensure high-quality outgoing client communications, and sign-off on processes carried out according to procedures and checklists.
- Responsibility for client portfolios
- Preparation and review of financial statements (annually) and management reporting (quarterly)
- Undertaking/reviewing the bookkeeping for a portfolio of investment fund structures in Investran (accounting system)
- Assist with the monitoring and control of all incoming communication to ensure that it is directed to an appropriately skilled member of the team.
- Oversee and control outgoing client communications to ensure correspondence, calculations and presentation of work is of a high standard at all times.
