We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in cloud engineering principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. You will contribute to optimizing our cloud systems, ensuring security, and supporting continuous integration and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, building, maintaining, and supporting the AWS cloud landing zone, coding the infrastructure, and creating CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automating as much as possible to reduce manual work and increase the speed of delivery.
  • Training and supporting developers/engineers on global teams in developing and maintaining applications on the AWS platform.
  • Gathering requirements and supporting the creation of roadmaps and architectures to help the team achieve its goals.
  • Managing the quality of solutions and addressing technical debt.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience with cloud architectures and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable and secure cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing (AWS Lambda).
  • Experience or the potential to learn the following tools and coding languages for automating, refactoring, deploying, running, and monitoring:
    • Configuration Management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
    • Version Control Systems (Git, Github)
    • Scripting languages (Bash, Powershell)
    • Programming languages (Golang, Python)
    • Docker and Kubernetes
    • Observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus)
