Motion Designer: Crafting Visual Stories

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision, combined with exceptional communication skills. As a Motion Designer at Tooploox, you'll play a vital part in shaping the visual identity of our multimedia projects, using your skills to captivate audiences through engaging motion graphics and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop captivating motion graphics and animations for various platforms, leveraging industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to bring concepts to life;
  • Collaborate with the technical team to brainstorm, storyboard, and design narratives that align with project goals;
  • Present ideas and incorporate feedback, ensuring seamless concept development and adaptation to new techniques;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new techniques to enhance your skills;
  • Maintain alignment with brand guidelines, uphold high-quality standards, and focus on composition, color, and visual balance across projects;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or equivalent work experience;
  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics skills;
  • Proficiency in motion design software, including but not limited to Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro;
  • Graphic design skills, keen eye for detail, strong visual composition skills, and expertise in industry-standard design tools;
  • Strong storytelling abilities with a deep understanding of narrative principles and the capacity to craft compelling stories;
  • Open to exploring new tools and techniques, with a passion for staying current and adapting to project-specific requirements, including generative AI;
  • Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context;
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with other creatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes through teamwork and shared vision;
  • Proactive approach to taking ownership of work, with confidence to suggest new ideas, improve processes, and provide clear direction within areas of responsibility;
  • Fluency in Polish and English (participation in meetings with English-speaking clients).
