We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Management team. This role involves purchasing goods and services that meet the needs of our organization, while also playing a crucial part in managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing implementation of PL Strategy in alignment with relevant category teams.
- Verifying delivery and ensuring invoice processing.
- Overseeing supplier performance, including resolving performance issues.
- Confirming delivery with suppliers and tracking supplier performance against purchase order requirements.
- Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements based on ERP or SOP/project requirements.
For this role, we require:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/Direct Procurement.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Good Excel knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
