Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Krakow. As a key member of the EMEA Finance Centre, you will provide critical support to Finance Business Partners and Analysts in other Aon locations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the annual budgeting process, including template design and planning assumption review.
  • Conduct financial analysis on contractual spend to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Review and manage internal cost allocations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A or General Accounting, preferably in a corporate and international environment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or accounting, along with an accountancy qualification.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
