About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Junior Corporate Actions Specialist. As a member of our securities services team, you will be responsible for performing specialized operational tasks in support of our business lines.
- You will upload automated deals and create daily reports to ensure accurate client cash projections.
- You will process client instructions through manual entry into the Corporate Actions platform.
- You will reconcile receivables and payables to ensure accurate client account information.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scrubbing announcements from market data vendors, company information, and depositories/agents.
- Processing client account profile requests for corporate actions.
- Manual entry of payments into the Corporate Actions platform.
