Job Description:

As a Senior Financial Process Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Record-to-Report cycle, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the general ledger process, coordinating regular account reconciliations (bank accounts, receivables, payables, provisions) and promptly addressing discrepancies.
  • Closing Activities: Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, proactively identifying and resolving accounting issues to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Drive process optimization initiatives within the RTR area, identifying opportunities for efficiency and supporting the implementation of new ERP systems.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, ideally in a multinational environment.

Your Profile Should Include:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in French (C1 level) and English (B2 level or higher).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proven knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, HGB) and familiarity with local statutory requirements.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, combined with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
