Job Overview

As an HR Administration Specialist with German, you will be responsible for comprehensive administrative handling of employee contracts from preparation to updates. You will also create and manage reference letters and other HR documents for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Prepare and update employee contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Document Creation: Develop and maintain reference letters and other HR documents, adhering to company standards.
  • Expense Processing: Process travel expenses, monitor time and attendance, and oversee company car management.
  • Data Management: Update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and ensure data quality.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain continuity in HR processes and support administrative operations optimization.
  • Documentation: Develop process documentation (e.g., operational procedures, job instructions).
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in HR processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English and German (B2).
  • Experience: Experience in HR, ideally with a background in contract administration or HR administration.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and proficiency in data management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Communication Skills: High-level communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
