HR Generalist with Onboarding Expertise

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process: Coordinate and streamline the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, welcome communications, and training schedules.
  • Workday Administration: Maintain and update employee information in Workday, process employee moves, and create requisitions as needed.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, research, and maintaining organized HR files.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries through the Workday Help Desk, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Compliance and Audits: Assist with compliance and audit requests, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are up-to-date and readily available.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Collaborate on various HR projects as needed, utilizing your skills and expertise to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in an Anglo-Saxon environment.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and employees.
  • Organizational Skills: Showcase strong organizational and time management abilities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-Oriented: Be detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Workday Experience: Prior Workday experience is a plus, but not required.
