About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist Intern to join our team at Sonova Warsaw Service Center Sp. z o.o.

Job Description
  • Provide exceptional support to employees and line managers in HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Utilize documented processes and policies to efficiently respond to inquiries and perform transactions through the Inquiry System.
  • Evaluate issues and escalate them to second-level support or triage inquiries to the appropriate queue, guaranteeing seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accuracy by reviewing documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver first-level support for HR-related matters, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  2. Answer internal inquiries efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Escalate complex issues to second-level support or triage inquiries to ensure effective issue resolution.
  4. Input basic employee data into the HR system database, maintaining accurate records and generating reports as requested.
Requirements
  • Student/Graduate from HR, Finance, Linguistics, or equivalent fields.
  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Previous customer-facing or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility and openness to learning new tasks and challenges.
  • Strong teamwork and customer-service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IT systems.
