About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for providing strategic HR support to managers and employees across multiple client areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business-critical employee-related change programs, restructures, and services. This role also involves providing HR guidance on employment practices and legislation in multiple markets, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across multiple client areas.
  • Implementing business-critical employee-related change programs, restructures, and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in multiple markets.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
  • A degree-level qualification in HR or a related field.
  • Extensive HR experience supporting fast-paced multi-jurisdictional client areas, including corporate and operational workforce client groups.
  • Strong ER experience, with coaching up to senior manager level on complex cases.
  • Experience working with non-Netherlands-based leadership and advising/coaching on people practices and approaches.
  • Strong project management experience of HR change programs.
  • Experience managing pending and actual employment litigation cases in partnership with internal or external legal advisors.
  • Experience leading and delivering HR elements of organizational restructures.
  • Fluent business English is essential; Arabic is desirable.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as premium private medical care, life and accident insurance, an employee stock program, multisport card, lunch passes, and celebration bonus.
