We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Randstad Polska. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on employee lifecycle management and global HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational company from the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience working within HRIS systems is a plus.
