We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Randstad Polska. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on employee lifecycle management and global HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal teams and global HR departments on employee relations matters and policy implementation.
- Lead the coordination of new hire onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and procedures.
- Audit HR systems to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain employee records, adhering to retention policies and tracking agreements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational company from the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
- Fluency in English (C1 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working within HRIS systems is a plus.
As an HR Advisor at Randstad Polska, you can expect:
