About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic support to our employees and management team. This role will be based in (location not specified), working closely with the management team to drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
Job Description:
- Provide HR Support: As an HR Business Partner, you will provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, including policies, processes, training, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits.
- Employee Engagement: You will play a key role in managing employee engagement, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported in their roles.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective onboarding and offboarding programs for new and departing employees.
- Regional HR Strategy: You will work closely with Regional HR to cascade HR Corporate strategy and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Process Owner: You will be the process owner for Quality, Compliance, Health and Safety, and other HR-related topics.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Human Resources or Business is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of similar experience in a leadership role.
- Candidates: We are looking for candidates who are customer-oriented, decision-makers, have high work capacity, and are passionate about their job. They should also possess high ethical and moral standards, an agile and flexible style, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to influence others.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and English is required.
