Human Resources Generalist – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As an HR Generalist, you will provide support for both managers and employees, focusing on employee life cycle, benefits, HRIS, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support to managers and employees in the whole Employee Life Cycle and HR queries
  • Providing advice in versatile HR topics with a focus on benefits, absences, and leaves, social charges, local legal regulations
  • Managing employees hiring administration processes, personnel files, and HR data management
  • Uploading data into HR system and monitoring annual leaves, absences, medical check-ups, overtime request
  • Playing a role of payroll activities back-up in cooperation with external vendor
  • Acting as a jobs benchmarking support to feed and analyze data from salary & benefit surveys
  • Cooperating locally and regionally during employee's shares subscription process
  • Performing permanent supervision controls over regular HR activities
  • Preparing regular HR statistics and ad hoc reporting
  • Supporting the company growth through recruitment for specialists' roles
About You
  • You have a good knowledge of Polish labor laws and social security system with general payroll understanding
  • You are fluent in Polish and have a very good level of English (C1/C2), spoken and written
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office package and digital HR systems with Excel literacy
  • You present a proactive way of working, can-do attitude, and solution orientation
  • You have drive, enthusiasm, humor, ability to work independently and in a team
  • You have strong analytical skills with a customer-friendly approach
  • You take responsibility for your work and its quality
  • You have a university degree, preferably in socio-human sciences
