Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Medical Devices team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on building relationships with hiring managers and developing effective recruitment strategies. You will work closely with our Medical Devices client to understand their hiring needs and priorities, and deliver high-quality candidates that meet their requirements.

This role involves:

  • Conducting thorough job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications.
  • Reviewing applicants who have applied via our applicant tracking system.
  • Developing and deploying effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.
  • Sourcing candidates through resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language.
  • Conducting professional and thoughtful phone interviews infused with industry/role-specific probing questions.
  • Comparing candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine if the candidate is a match for the role.
  • Applying consideration for factors relative to candidate fit to team and cultural fit.
  • Building a talent pipeline to ensure multiple candidates are in play at all times.
  • Keeping hiring managers up-to-date on any market changes that would impact the hiring process or talent community.
  • Articulating a job offer and driving for candidate acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in an In-house, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Strong skills in Boolean search techniques, x-ray for sourcing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and previous experience using an ATS (Workday/Taleo/SAP).
  • Previous experience working for a multinational environment organization, ideally within healthcare/medical devices/pharma would be advantageous.
