About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Europe. This role involves providing logistical support to the recruitment process across various functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Experience Management: Ensure exceptional candidate experience through administrative support, including coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Activities Support: Provide assistance with recruitment-related tasks as needed.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interview calendars and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Background Checks and Pre-boarding: Initiate background checks and pre-boarding due diligence activities where applicable.
  • Hiring Documentation Management: Create and store hiring documentation and update employee data in relevant systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Third-Party Provider Liaison: Collaborate with third-party providers and other functions outside of HR as necessary.
  • Recruitment Platform Management: Oversee the recruitment platform.
  • Occasional Employer Branding Support: Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns, etc.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English and proficiency in Polish and German.
  • First-hand experience or internship in HR/Talent Acquisition/Administration.
  • Closure-oriented mindset with low tolerance for delays and deviations.
  • Excellent prioritization skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships quickly and leverage those to drive results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude geared towards continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance.
  • Work experience in large international organizations and familiarity with complex stakeholder matrices (preferred).
