At Andersen, we are seeking a skilled IT Talent Acquisitions Professional to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality IT professionals to support the company's growth and expansion.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We cooperate with renowned businesses such as Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, BNP Paribas, Allianz, Ryanair, TUI, Verivox, etc.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing IT professionals through various channels and tools, including LinkedIn, habr, telegram, X-Ray, Boolean Search, etc.
  2. Developing and maintaining the existing candidate base using our CRM system.
  3. Analyzing candidate resumes and portfolios based on job requirements.
  4. Communicating with candidates and pre-screening resumes.
  5. Closing interaction with the recruitment team.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of six months' experience in a sourcer/recruiter/recruitment specialist role.
  2. Confident experience in using candidate search channels and tools.
  3. Basic understanding of Web-technologies.
  4. Knowledge of the labor market in the field of information technologies is a plus.
  5. Proactivity, multitasking skills, focus on achieving results.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  7. Intermediate level of English or higher.
