Early Career Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Early Career Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. As an integral part of our Early Career (Graduates, Interns and Apprentices) Recruiting team, you will be responsible for coordinating a high volume of interviews, logistics, and candidate communication.

About the Role

  • Maintain and update job descriptions, business summaries, and program descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee job posting, panel scheduling, first screening, offer letters, university contracts, and tracking of candidates to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate office visits, virtual interviews, video conferences, and debrief meetings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and interviewers regarding interview scheduling, confirmations, and feedback.
  • Be responsible for generating and sending offer letters and managing the collection of new hire paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Administer invoices/payments and reconcile monthly meeting credit cards to maintain financial accountability.
  • Coordinate background checks to onboard students and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.
