At Simon-Kucher, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Employer Branding Specialist to join our Global HR Department. This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive global employer branding strategy that aligns with our values and business goals.

About the Role

This role will involve close collaboration with Global Marketing, local HR teams, ESG, and DEI to ensure cohesive and aligned employer branding efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and communicating our unique Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent. They will also create and implement innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent across diverse geographies.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of professional experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Marketing or similar, ideally in an international environment in the consulting or other professional services industry. You should have a deep understanding of recruiting channels, job boards, employer brand portals and tools that support hiring activities.

You will also need experience in the organization and implementation of challenging projects and campaigns, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of different stakeholders.

Benefits and Salary
